About VoxLang

Language learning, rethought from the conversation up.

We built the app we wanted to use: a tutor you can actually talk to, an interpreter that keeps up with real speech, and a community of people working on the same thing you are.

What we believe

Learning a language should feel like a conversation, not a classroom. Grammar drills and vocab lists are tools — not the point. The point is talking to people, reading what they wrote, understanding a film, ordering dinner, making a friend.

So we made the app start there. Open VoxLang and the first thing it does is ask what you want to say. The tutor speaks back in the language you’re learning, explains in the one you already speak, and meets you wherever you are.

Under the hood it’s real-time speech, 165 languages, spaced repetition, and file translation. From the outside it’s one thing: a place to practice a language like a real person, not a beginner.

Our story

Started in 2026 — still building.

VoxLang started as a side project in early 2026. A few months, a few thousand prompts, and a lot of late-night tutor sessions later, it became the thing we use every day.

We ship fast and we read every piece of feedback. If something feels off, tell us — that’s usually how the best parts of the app got made.
