By using VoxLang you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. We try to keep this short and reasonable.

VoxLang is a language-learning platform: translation, tutoring, spaced repetition flashcards, and social language exchange. Available on iPhone and the web.

• Give accurate info when you sign up.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Don’t use the service for anything illegal.
• Don’t try to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer it.
• Treat other users with respect in chat and social features.

The VoxLang app, brand, and content are ours. Protected by copyright, trademark, and the usual laws. You can’t reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative works on top of the service without written permission.

VoxLang is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We can suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if you break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — it wipes your data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by US law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
